Effective Diet Pills Without Caffeine - August 5th, 2010

There are many diet pills out there, and yet all of them seem to be based on caffeine! They all seem to call themselves potentially amazing fat burners, and apparently you should just learn to accept all of the side effects and other common problems. But why should you have to risk your comfort, let alone your health for any product! Even effective diet pills are only worth so many risks and side effects, and especially if you have certain medical conditions, you want to stay away from certain things that might aggravate them, regardless of how effective any given diet pill might be!

So how do you find effective diet pills that do not use caffeine and do not cause the given side effects we so often associate with diet pills as a whole? Is it even possible to achieve these given results, or have we simply given up as it were?

Yes! There are effective diet pills that are completely caffeine free and completely stimulant free! We have seen some that will say no caffeine and yet they list caffeine anhydrous, green tea, and other ingredients like you won’t notice. Maybe they say they’re caffeine free and yet they use another stimulant such as synephrine. But there are products that know what they are talking about. They have the right ingredients, they have the right amounts, and they sometimes even give you patented ingredients like Razberi-k and 7-keto for example! With all of these ingredients, you will be able to achieve better results, and of course, effective diet pills also have the right amounts.

Facts About Zencore - February 4th, 2010

Zencore tabs have been popularly known with their wide dispersal of advertising in the mainstream media as well as their offers concerning buy 2 get 1 free and such. They claim that if you don’t experience that long lasting and improved erection and sexual function, they will give you your money back immediately. But the question is, what are the real facts about Zencore? What should the Zencore reviews be saying?
1. Zencore is used by men worldwide-yes, it’s true. Because of their advertising and wide dispersal of knowledge, there are men across the world that have used Zencore.
2. Customer Zencore reviews are not positive-unfortunately, despite all their positive advertising for obvious reasons, Zencore reviews from consumers are not positive. They complain about side effects, they often claim there was no positive effect, and unfortunately it seems that Zencore doesn’t actually work.
3. Natural does not mean safe-We all thought that steroids were safe, or at least our local meatheads told us so, because it’s “all natural.” Obviously that was severely mistaken information as was the idea that ephedra was “all natural” and so automatically safe. The truth is that there are still potentially dangerous “all natural” ingredients available, and Zencore has some of them.
4. Zencore lacks only half the puzzle-Zencore has some of the right ingredients. It has ingredients that have actually been suggested to work. The problem is that Zencore does not have the right amounts. So we would not recommend using it.
5. There is a better alternative-there is a product they call Orexis. Unlike Zencore, Orexis is completely safe, and it has the effective ingredients and amounts that you would need for greater results. So I would recommend checking that out instead. It will definitely leave you happier and more satisfied than Zencore ever would.

Citrus aurantium for weight loss? - August 30th, 2009

Citrus aurantium is also known as bitter orange. It has reportedly been used in ancient Chinese medicine for thousands of years.

Because ephedra has been deemed unsafe, it has been removed from weight loss aids in the United States.  Either included in weight loss products or by itself, citrus aurantium has been substituted for ephedra.

Most of these weight loss products are supposed to function by increasing metabolism and by also increasing heart rate. The problem is, they often cause toxicity in the body that can be very harmful.

When taken in high doses, the active ingredient in citrus aurantium, which is synephrine, can cause hypertension and a reaction to other drugs in a way similar to grapefruit juice.

The Chinese used bitter orange or Zhi shi to help with gastrointestinal disorders.

I think that it makes a lot of sense these days to be very careful about what products you are taking for weight loss or any other problems, because sometimes they are not safe. Read the list of ingredients and the drug interaction warnings. It would be advisable to ask your doctor if a weight loss aid is safe for you to take the product.

Consider, along with your doctor’s recommendation, whether the product is safe and effective for your weight loss goals.

Guarana for fat metabolism? - August 27th, 2009

Guarana has been on the market in a variety of products for at least a decade.

The herb is otherwise known as paullinia cupana and is indigenous to South America. It is a climbing plant with leaves and berries that contain over twice the amount of caffeine as coffee.

Apparently, the belief is that this high-powered, caffeine-containing plant will stimulate the metabolism and burn stored fat.

Just how much you need to take in order for it to have the desired effect varies per person. Height and weight are probably factors which determine the appropriate dose.

Unfortunately, guarana does have some negative side effects. It can cause anxiety, insomnia, restlessness, nervousness and heart palpitations. If you have hypertension or other heart-related conditions, then you should probably avoid products containing guarana.

However, even if you don’t have these conditions, you should contact your doctor to ensure that it’s safe to take guarana.

Assuming that you get the go ahead from your doctor, guarana might help to accelerate the weight loss process if combined with a healthy diet and exercise.

Taking guarana alone without any other lifestyle modifications might not give you the results you’re seeking. There is a lot of truth to the old-fashioned way of doing things. Eat less and exercise more if you want to lose weight.

Why use herbal products to lose weight? - August 25th, 2009

Chances are you or someone you know would like to lose weight. Some need to lose a serious amount of weight after pregnancy or just because they are overweight. Others are just trying to drop the last few stubborn pounds.

In this day and age it shouldn’t be too difficult to find some magic bullet that will make the weight loss process go a little easier, right? Well, that’s open to debate. However, there are medical experts who do agree that some of the herbal products on the market can help to rev up your metabolism.

I’ve seen the commercials, listened to the ads on the radio and I wonder if any of this stuff works. I have friends who tried herbal products with ephedrine. They said that there were no problems and their appetite had decreased a little bit. I think that one of my friends lost about ten pounds using ephedra-containing products.

Now I’ve heard that ephedra can hurt you if you have high blood pressure. It can also keep you up at night, so that would be a problem. Also, it might make you feel jumpy or jittery. Some people might not mind all of this, but others would definitely want to avoid it.

So what are you supposed to do? Look for products that do not contain ephedra. Some of the newer ones have green tea which has some caffeine in it, but not a whole lot. Green tea also has antioxidants that are really healthy.

The bottom line is that somehow you either have to use an herbal product, a drug or go the old-fashioned way to lose weight. You need to take in fewer calories and exercise more, which many people are too busy or tired to do. There are plenty of herbal weight loss products in health food stores or online.
